We believe that ‘psychology’ isn’t just a dry academic subject but a practical tool that shouldn’t be just the preserve of psychologists. We are all applied psychologists, we meet, manage, interview, interact with people all the time and so we think that ‘psychology’ is simply a basis to get these things right. We therefore strip away all the mystique, the heavy and less relevant stuff and key in on a single issue: how can people better understand each other and get along better and more productively? We don’t believe there is a perfect personality, we’re all OK as we are, we all bring something different to the party. The Latin root of the word ‘education,’ is ‘e-ducato,’ which means ‘leading out.’ So rather than try to be like her or him, it’s more sensible and meaningful to make a better version of who we are as individuals, building on our strengths bringing out the best version of us.
