Overview

In 1931, a famous person borrowed an ancient painting to appreciate, but he refused to return it. The owner of the painting was embarrassed to ask for it, so he entrusted an elementary school martial arts teacher to contact the celebrity's bodyguard, Tie Backer, hoping to accommodate him. By means of painting, it shows the sophistication of martial arts practitioners.

What they bring to the party
Caring, the ‘glue’ for the team, great at reading situations, genuinely tunes into people, quiet, introspective but at the heart of what’s going on, laid back, flexible, patient, kindly, creative, artistic.
Not their forte
Dislike conflict or fast-paced environments with no time to reflect, don’t like to upset people so may passively agree, difficult to know, behind the scenes, not a planner or organised, lives for the moment.

What they bring to the party
Organised, planning, sorting out people problems, helpful, caring, positive, dependable, likeable, dutiful, committed, hard-working, at the heart of the team, the glue, energetic, enthusiastic.
Not their forte
Can give too much and neglect their own needs, sensitive so can get offended, can try too hard to create harmony, can be overly subjective and lack harder edge, desire to finish can mean controlling.
