Overview

A group of 20-somethings who are inextricably bound together having shared the same third-grade class. Now face to face at an impromptu reunion to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the day they met, they wonder if they'll have anything in common besides vague memories of playground kisses and underwear sightings on the monkey bars. Turns out they do. After two decades apart for most of them, some are eager to show off, some want to rekindle old crushes and others just want to satisfy their curiosity.

Shy so not the centre of attention, complex and difficult to know, can want to maintain harmony at all costs, need meaning in tasks, not detailed or a planner, looks forward rather then ‘here and now.’

Verbally quick, creative and love intellectual pursuits and challenges, enthusiastic, bring something different, big picture thinker, creates possibilities and opportunities, curious, fun, communicative.

Not their forte

Dislike of facts and tradition, on the lookout for new possibilities, difficult to pin down, not a planner or organised, needs freedom to act their way, lacks attention to detail, competitive, needs ‘the feed.’

Can give too much and neglect their own needs, sensitive so can get offended, can try too hard to create harmony, can be overly subjective and lack harder edge, desire to finish can mean controlling.

Going slow and steady, taking a back seat, not having a strong opinion, confrontational to get it moving, direct to the point of bone-jarring, needs the challenge of something new, need to lead.
